LEAH BORNSTEIN has been named president of Aims Community College in Colorado, effective August 1. She was president of Coconino Community College in Arizona. Bornstein earned an associate and bachelor’s from Bradford College in Massachusetts, a master’s from the University of Vermont and a doctorate from the University of Denver.

SHEILA RADFORD-HILL has been named chief diversity officer of Dominican University in Illinois. Radford-Hill was executive director of the Diversity Center at Luther College in Iowa. She earned a bachelor’s from DePaul University, a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Columbia Commonwealth University.

COREY L. MCCRAY has been named vice president for workforce solutions at Tidewater Community College. He directed The Pruden Center for Industry & Technology in Suffolk, Virginia. McCray holds a bachelor’s from Southern Illinois University and a master’s from Cambridge College.

RICARDO JACQUEZ has been appointed dean of the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management at California State University, Chico, effective August 1. He is currently dean of the College of Engineering at New Mexico State University. Jacquez earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from New Mexico State, and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.
