TARICKA BURTON has been named director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. The office’s interim director since July 2019 and previously the associate director of multicultural programs and outreach at the school, Burton holds a bachelor’s in communication from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
