CECIL HICKS has been named associate vice chancellor of diversity, equity, access and inclusion at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Most recently assistant vice chancellor and director of the university’s Office of Human Resources, Hicks holds a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
