Constance S HendricksCONSTANCE SMITH HENDRICKS has been named dean of the School of Nursing and Allied Health at Tuskegee University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in community health from the University of Alabama Birmingham. She earned a Ph.D. from Boston College.
