Robert BruceROBERT BRUCE JR. has been named dean of the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies at Rice University. Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
