ENOBONG (ANNA) BRANCH has been appointed associate chancellor for equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is an associate professor of sociology and previously served as the chancellor’s faculty advisor for diversity and inclusive excellence. Branch earned a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a Ph.D. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
