T’MARS L. MCCALLUM has been appointed associate dean for academic affairs at Horry Georgetown Technical College. He previously served as assistant chair and professor in the Information Technology department. McCallum earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Francis Marion University and a dual master’s degree from Webster University.
