TONYA BUTLER has been named assistant chair of music business/management at Berklee College of Music, effective August 1. Butler currently directs the music industry studies program at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She earned a bachelor’s degree from National University, a J.D. from California Western School of Law and an M.L. from Southwestern University School of Law/Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, England.
