JAMES H. JOHNSON JR. was named interim president of the Baltimore City Community College. Johnson previously served as a visiting professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Morgan State University. Ahmidouch has a bachelor’s degree from Mohammed V University in Morocco, a master’s degree from Joseph Fourier University in France and a doctorate from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
