In the July editions of my column, I presented data showing that minority faculty were more likely to dwell in the ranks of assistant professor than full professor, and that they were glaringly under-represented in various disciplines, including law. Since then, a number of Diverse readers have suggested that I take a closer look at faculty at minority-serving institutions.
