He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Leon in Spain, an MBA from Columbia University and a doctorate from the University of Leon.

BAISHAKHI TAYLOR has been named dean of students at Middlebury College in Vermont. She was associate dean of the Trinity College of Arts and Sciences at Duke University. Taylor holds a master’s from the University of Northern Iowa and a doctorate from the University of Kentucky.

ANGELA FELECIA EPPS has been named dean of the Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, effective January 4. She is a professor of law at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Epps earned bachelor’s degrees from Cornell College in Iowa and a juris doctor from Creighton University in Nebraska.
