Limas earned a bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, a master’s from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a doctorate from the University of Oregon.

TASHNI-ANN DUBROY has been named president of Shaw University. She was special assistant to the president for process optimization at Shaw. Dubroy earned a bachelor’s from Shaw University, an MBA from Rutgers University and a doctorate from North Carolina State University.

KATHRINE SWANSON has been named vice chancellor for student success and engagement at Metropolitan Community College, starting August 3. She was vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Swanson holds a bachelor’s from Northern Michigan University, a master’s from Montana State University and a doctorate from the University of North Texas.
