She is the former dean of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania. Jackson earned a bachelor’s from Knox College in Illinois, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from The University of Texas at Austin.

She earned a bachelor’s from Murray State University in Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Phoenix-Maryland Campus.
