ANGELA FELECIA EPPS
ANGELA FELECIA EPPS has been named dean of the Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, effective January 4. She is a professor of law at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Epps earned bachelor’s degrees from Cornell College in Iowa and a juris doctor from Creighton University in Nebraska.

IVAN L. HARRELL II has been appointed executive vice president for academic and student affairs at Georgia Piedmont Technical College. He was vice president of student success at Lone Star College. Harrell earned a bachelor’s from Wittenberg University, a master’s from Vanderbilt University and a doctorate from Florida State University.
