Professional Appointments
Dr. Brenda A. Allen has been named associate provost and director of institutional diversity at Brown University. Most recently, she was an associate professor of psychology, assistant to the president and director of institutional diversity at Smith College. Allen earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Lincoln University, and both master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology from Howard University.
