The newly appointed president and CEO of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE), Dr. Emelyn A. dela Peña is a nationally recognized leader in higher education. She brings a deep commitment to equity, inclusion and transformative leadership at a challenging and crucial time in the field. Prior to joining NADOHE, she was vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion at Loyola Marymount University, earning NADOHE’s Institutional Inclusive Excellence Award and the Higher Education in Diversity Award.
