Dr. Lenore Rodicio, Achieving the Dream

Having served as a leadership and strategy coach for Achieving the Dream since 2021, in July 2026 Dr. Lenore Rodicio will become president and CEO of the nonprofit organization that works with over 300 community colleges around the country to implement transformation that will increase student success and the colleges’ impact on their communities. Since spending 18 years as a professor and administrator at Miami Dade College, Rodicio has worked as a strategic advisor to several organizations and foundations influential in higher education, including the Aspen Institute’s College Excellence program, Complete College America and the Partnership to Advance Transformation in Higher Education.
