NANCY TARGETT
NANCY TARGETT has been appointed interim president of the University of Delaware. She was dean of and a professor in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment at Delaware. Targett earned a bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Maine.

KINA MALLARD has been named president of Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia. She was executive vice president and provost at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Mallard earned a bachelor’s from Middle Tennessee State University, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Tennessee.
