He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor from the Western State College of Law at Argosy University.

MONICA E. MONROE

MONICA E. MONROE has been appointed dean of students of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, effective in February. She is associate dean of students and a lecturer in law at the George Washington University Law School. Monroe earned a bachelor’s from Boston University and a juris doctor from George Washington.
