MONICA SALAS LANDA has been named an assistant professor of anthropology and sociology at Lafayette College. She was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University. Salas Landa earned a bachelor’s from the Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and two master’s and a doctorate from Cornell University.

ELANA ZOLFO has been appointed dean of the Larry I. Luing School of Business at Berkeley College. She was vice president for workforce development for the Aerospace and Defense Diversification Alliance in Peacetime Transition. Zolfo earned a bachelor’s from Hofstra University, an MBA from Adelphi University and a doctorate from Dowling College.

ELIZABETH LEWIN was named interim associate chancellor for diversity at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Lewin is the former superintendent of the Carbondale Elementary School District. Lewin holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and a doctorate from the University of Sarasota in Florida.
