C. MAULI AGRAWAL has been named chancellor of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, effective June 20. He is currently interim provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Agrawal earned a bachelor’s degree from IIT-Kanpur in India, a master’s degree from Clemson University and a doctorate from Duke University.

KATHERINE A. ROWE
KATHERINE A. ROWE has been named president of the College of William & Mary, effective July 1. Rowe is currently provost and dean of the faculty at Smith College. She will be the first woman to hold the presidency of the college in its 325-year history. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Harvard University.
