Previously director of capital planning and construction for the University of the District of Columbia, Millner holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Howard, a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida and a juris doctorate from Temple University.

ERIKA CAMERON has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Palo Alto University in California. Previously an associate professor in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences at the University of San Diego, Cameron holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Bradley University, a master’s degree in counselor education from the University of Hawai’i and a Ph.D. in counselor education from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.

Mishori holds a master’s degree in international health from Johns Hopkins University and a medical degree from Georgetown University. She is working on a second master’s degree in international human rights law at the University of Oxford in England.

She was previously senior associate dean for academic affairs and a distinguished professor of law at the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. She holds a bachelor’s from Princeton University, a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a master of law degree and a Ph.D. in law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Canada.

NATALIA HENAO-GUERRERO has been named head of the department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech. She has been interim head of the department since 2017. Henao-Guerrero holds a master’s degree in veterinary surgery from São Paulo State University in Brazil and a doctorate of veterinary medicine from Universidad de La Salle in Colombia.

DEBORAH BERKE has been named to a second term as dean of the Yale School of Architecture. She is the first woman to lead the school. Berke has taught architecture at Yale since 1987 and is the founder of the design firm Deborah Berke Partners in New York. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from the Rhode Island School of Design and a master of urban planning degree from the City University of New York.
