CHRISTOPHER REBER

CHRISTOPHER REBER was selected as president of Hudson County Community College, effective July 2. He previously served as president of Community College of Beaver County. Reber earned his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College, master’s degree from Bowling Green State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.

KAREN HOFMANN

KAREN HOFMANN has been named provost of ArtCenter College of Design. She is the first woman to hold the position in the school’s history. Hofmann previously served as interim dean and chaired the Product Design Department. She earned her bachelor’s degree from ArtCenter and a second bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.

ANTHONY E. JONES was named associate dean for diversity and inclusion at Thiel College, effective July 5. Jones previously worked as the director of multicultural affairs at Marietta College and Eastern Kentucky University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union and a master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University, where he is also completing his doctoral studies.

ANN E. CUDD was selected as provost and senior vice chancellor at the University of Pittsburgh, effective fall 2018. She currently serves as dean of the College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Boston University. Cudd received a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and both master’s degree and doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
