Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.

CARLOS RISCO has been named dean of the Center for Veterinary Health Sciences at Oklahoma State University, effective March 2018. He is currently a tenured professor and chair of the Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences at the University of Florida.
