TABETHA ADKINS was named associate provost for student success and founding dean of the University College of West Chester University. She previously served as dean of the University College at Texas A&M University at Commerce, where she led initiatives on faculty development and retention. Adkins received a bachelor’s from Marshall University and master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.

TERRY MORELLO

TERRY MORELLO was named vice president of advancement and external affairs at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). Morello has worked in fundraising for more than 25 years and worked for artist Andy Warhol for several years before moving into nonprofit management, marketing and fundraising. She received a bachelor’s of fine arts degree from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

She previously worked as a board member of the Diablo Valley College (DVC) Foundation. CONNIE CABELLO

CONNIE CABELLO has been named assistant to the president for Institutional Diversity & Director of Intercultural Affairs at Stonehill College. She previously worked as the director of intercultural affairs at the college. Cabello received a bachelor’s of science degree from The University of Connecticut, a master’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and is pursuing an Ed.D. from Northeastern University.

RADHA PYATI was selected as the dean of the College of the Sciences and Mathematics at West Chester University. Pyati has worked in departments of chemistry as a faculty member for 21 years, and her research focused on the St. Johns River in Florida, electrochemistry and imaging flow cytometry. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She has a career in higher education spanning more than 25 years,and currently serves as the dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of New Mexico. Pinder earned a bachelor’s from Middlebury College and master’s, Ph.M. and Ph.D. degrees from Yale University.
