Having served in various leadership positions at Miami Dade College (MDC) in Florida, Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and modern languages from Middlebury College; a master’s in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and administration and supervision from Nova Southeastern University; and a Ph.D. in higher education leadership and research methodology from Florida Atlantic University.

OPHELIE ROWE-ALLEN has been appointed dean of students and chief student affairs officer at the University of New Haven. Previously associate dean of students and director of residence life; associate dean of assessment; and director of student diversity and multicultural affairs at Fairfield University, Rowe-Allen holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in mental health counseling from St. Thomas University. She also holds a Ph.D. in counseling education and supervision from Argosy University.

WILLIAM H. ROBINSON has been named vice provost for academic advancement and executive director of the Provost’s Office for Inclusive Excellence at Vanderbilt University. A professor of engineering at the school, he recently served as interim vice provost for strategic initiatives. Robinson holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Florida A&M University as well as a master’s and Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Serving the role on an interim basis since July 2019, Kletzer is a labor economist who holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
