HOUSSAM TOUTANJI has been named dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University, effective July 1. He was a professor and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The University of Alabama at Huntsville. Toutanji earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Northeastern University and a doctorate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mondie-Milner has served as director of orientation and new student programs at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia.
