KHA YANG has been named the first associate vice president of inclusive excellence at the University of St. Thomas. Yang was most recently inclusion programs and workforce reporting manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She holds bachelor’s degrees in criminal law and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a master of liberal arts, management degree from Harvard University.

ALLEN SUTTON has been named executive director for outreach and education in community, equity, and inclusive excellence at Washington State University. He was director of the Cross-Cultural Center for Excellence at Auburn University. Sutton holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree both in education from the University of Southern Mississippi.

SHAUN CRISLER has been named assistant vice president for residence life and housing at the State University of New York at Oswego. He previously served as the associate director of human resources, inclusion, and communication at Syracuse University. Crisler holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master of education degree in adult education both from Northern Illinois University, and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Ohio State University.

LEVY BROWN has been appointed vice president of learning, student engagement, and success at Vance-Granville Community College in North Carolina. He previously was Vance-Granville’s chief academic and student affairs officer. Brown has a bachelor’s degree in communication and a doctorate in higher education leadership both from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in library science from North Carolina Central University.

RICKY CAMERON has been appointed general manager for dining services for Mississippi University for Women. He was the general manager of the New York Mets Training Facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Cameron is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an associate’s degree in culinary arts.

ROY COLLINS III has been appointed general counsel and chief legal affairs officer at New Mexico State University. He previously served as associate general counsel and interim general counsel at the University of Hartford. Collins is a graduate of Southern University in mechanical engineering. He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and a master of laws degree in intellectual property from the John Marshall Law School.

PAMELA RICHARDSON WILKS has been named chief of staff and assistant to the president for strategic initiatives at Edward Waters College. She was associate vice president for academic affairs at Shaw University. Wilks holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in English and African-American literature both from North Carolina A&T State University. She holds a Ph.D. in English, literature, and criticism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

GREGORY ELDER has been named chief of police for the Albany State University Police Department. Elder previously served as chief of public safety at Bethune-Cookman University. He also previously served as a law enforcement instructor at Albany Technical College. Elder holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Albany State and a master’s degree in criminal justice from Troy University.

DESMOND U. PATTON has been named associate dean for curriculum innovation and academic affairs at Columbia University. He is currently an associate professor in Columbia’s School of Social Work. Patton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he majored in anthropology and political science. He holds a master of social work degree from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in social services administration from the University of Chicago.

FELECCIA MOORE-DAVIS has been named president and chief academic officer of St. Louis Community College’s Meramec campus. Dr. Moore-Davis served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Tallahassee Community College. Moore-Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Xavier University in New Orleans, a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Texas A&M University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Regent University.
