DOROTHY BROWNE
DOROTHY BROWNE has been named dean of the School of Public Health at Jackson State University. She was an adjunct professor of maternal and child welfare at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Browne earned a bachelorâs from Bennett College, a masterâs from the University of Pittsburgh, and a masterâs and a doctorate from Harvard University.
