GREGORY E. TRIPLETT
GREGORY E. TRIPLETT has been appointed associate dean for graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering and associate director of the Honors College at the University of Missouri. Triplett earned a bachelor’s from Florida A&M University, a master’s from Florida State University and a doctorate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

JULIA JASKEN has been named provost and dean of the faculty at McDaniel College. She was acting provost and dean of the faculty and an associate professor of English at McDaniel. Jasken earned a bachelor’s from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota, a master’s from Northern Illinois University and a doctorate from Michigan Technological University.

ELIZABETH L. PAUL has been named president of Capital University, effective July 1. She is executive vice president and provost at Stetson University in Florida. She is also a full professor of psychology at the university. Paul holds a bachelor’s and a doctorate from Boston University.

AKINLOLU O. OJO has been appointed associate vice president for clinical research and global health initiatives at the University of Arizona Health Sciences. He was a professor of medicine and the Florence E. Bingham Research Professor in Nephrology at the University of Michigan. Ojo received a bachelor’s and an M.D. from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. He earned a master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an MBA and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.
