He was vice president of academic affairs and chief academic officer at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Fierro earned a DVM from the University of Applied Sciences in BogotĂĄ, Colombia, a masterâs from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a doctorate from Northcentral University in Arizona.
