College, Corporate Coalition Develop Career Web Site

College, Corporate Coalition Develop Career Web Site
By Ronald Roach

BETHLEHEM, Pa.

A coalition of college career center directors and corporate human resource executives have unveiled a Web-based, national college recruiting system intended to link colleges, students and employers. The project, NACElink, a joint venture of the Direct Employers Association and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), includes job postings, a résumé database and tools for career services administration and interview-scheduling.

NACElink is intended to be used by campus career center administrators, who guide and advise college students in their job searches, and by employers, who recruit and hire students and graduates.
