Marci Middleton, Ph.D., has been named vice president of academic affairs at Denmark Technical College.
Dr. Middleton brings extensive leadership experience in academic affairs and student success. At Paine College, she served as acting vice president of academic affairs and director of distance education, driving initiatives to expand academic access and enhance faculty development. Her career also includes key roles such as assistant vice chancellor of academic programs for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, as well as positions at Georgia Gwinnett College and Shorter University.
“Dr. Middleton brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to academic leadership that will strengthen our programs and expand opportunities for student success,” said Eric Brown, Ph.D., president and CEO of Denmark Technical College. “Her experience and commitment to academic excellence will help ensure our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for the workforce and continued achievement.”
