Dr. Gregory Sneed
Sneed, who has served as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the University of Minnesota since August 2024, will join Union in mid-May.
At the University of Minnesota, Sneed oversees a large enrollment operation that drove an increase in undergraduate applications this academic year while also improving the academic profile of the incoming freshman class. Prior to his current role, Sneed served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Denison University, a highly ranked liberal arts college in central Ohio, from 2016-2024.
Sneed began his career working in the admissions offices at the University of California, Davis and the University of California, San Diego before moving into leadership roles at Claremont McKenna College and Grinnell College.
He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from UC Davis, a master’s degree in education from Harvard and a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California.
