Regina Williams Davis

Dr. Regina Williams DavisDr. Regina Williams DavisRegina Williams Davis has been named assistant vice provost for online and extended learning at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T). As assistant vice provost, Davis serves as the chief strategist for expanding and advancing N.C. A&T’s online education, summer sessions, and workforce-aligned continuing education programs. Reporting to Rosalind Dale, Ed.D., she leads initiatives that ensure the university remains a national leader in digital education and lifelong learning.

Most recently, Davis served as associate vice provost for student success and university registrar at N.C. A&T, where she co-founded the University Student Success Office and led transformative initiatives that increased retention and graduation rates across the university.

Davis holds a Ph.D. in education leadership and cultural foundations and a post-baccalaureate certificate in women’s and gendered studies from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, an M.A. in communication and human relations from the University of Oklahoma, and B.A. in biological sciences from Hampton University.
