Regina Williams Davis

Dr. Regina Williams DavisRegina Williams Davis has been named assistant vice provost for online and extended learning at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T). As assistant vice provost, Davis serves as the chief strategist for expanding and advancing N.C. A&T’s online education, summer sessions, and workforce-aligned continuing education programs. Reporting to Rosalind Dale, Ed.D., she leads initiatives that ensure the university remains a national leader in digital education and lifelong learning.

Most recently, Davis served as associate vice provost for student success and university registrar at N.C. A&T, where she co-founded the University Student Success Office and led transformative initiatives that increased retention and graduation rates across the university.

Davis holds a Ph.D. in education leadership and cultural foundations and a post-baccalaureate certificate in women’s and gendered studies from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, an M.A. in communication and human relations from the University of Oklahoma, and B.A. in biological sciences from Hampton University.
