Audrey P. Miller

Dr. Audrey P. MillerAudrey P. Miller has been named dean of the School of Nursing at Barry University. A Certified Pediatric Nurse and Florida Board-Certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Miller has served at Jackson Health Systems and the Miami Transplant Institute before holding a long-standing appointment at the University of Miami Health Systems.

Miller’s research centers on oral health and preventive care for underserved children and families. She has developed educational programs that have been implemented locally, nationally, and internationally.

Miller earned her Ph.D. in nursing from Barry University, a master’s in nursing education from Nova Southeastern University, and both her bachelor’s and post-master’s certificate as a pediatric nurse practitioner from Florida International University.
