Lesley Netter-Snowden

Dr. Lesley Netter-SnowdenDr. Lesley Netter-SnowdenLesley Netter-Snowden has been named executive vice president and chief business officer (EVP/CBO) at Kennesaw State University.

Netter-Snowden, who joined Kennesaw State in 2017 as chief institutional auditor, has held several leadership roles, including vice president of business services and assistant vice president of campus services. In May 2025, she was named interim EVP/CBO, providing strategic direction and operational leadership for Kennesaw State’s administrative and financial functions, including auxiliary services, human resources, campus operations, and finance. In her permanent role, she will continue to lead these areas and will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, developing growth strategies, overseeing financial planning, managing facilities, and supporting the president in strategic analysis and decision-making as a member of the Cabinet.

Netter-Snowden holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Management from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.
