Dr. Jenna RickusJenna Rickus has been named senior vice provost at the University of Arizona. Rickus previously served as senior vice provost for teaching and learning at Purdue University. At Purdue, Rickus provided strategic leadership for undergraduate education, academic affairs, and student success initiatives.

Rickus is a bioengineer and interdisciplinary scholar specializing in biofunctional materials and biosensors. Rickus holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and NeuroEngineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
