Stephanie Nuñez has been named assistant director of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Miami. Nuñez previously served as a counselor and coordinator for the New York State Education Department’s Higher Education Opportunity Program at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. A native of the Dominican Republic, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
