After being deployed three times and receiving honorable discharge, the last thing Air Force veteran Ashley Bonner said she expected was to be forgotten by the nation she proudly served.
Bonner is a senior at East Carolina University working towards a degree in university studies, which is a program that allows students to create their own degree. Bonner’s focus is on Veteran Community Reacclimation where her goal is to help veterans adjust to life after service.
