EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14) — Rep. Beto O’Rourke has introduced a new bill aimed to make it easier for soldiers to find jobs outside of the military.
He said the Veteran Apprenticeship and Labor Opportunity Reform (VALOR) Act is designed to help streamline apprenticeship programs for troops transitioning into civilian life.
O’Rourke said it will provide veterans more access to apprenticeship training programs.
