Virginia Western Community College is setting up open houses for students affected by the announced wind down of Miller-Motte Technical College’s local campuses.
American National University, where classes start Monday, is also offering transfer options with a one-time tuition waiver available for the first term.
The schools are working to help students left looking for a new game plan last week after Miller-Motte announced it was no longer enrolling new students at its Roanoke and Lynchburg branches.
