JACKSONVILLE — Justin Parker doesn’t have to ask a veteran if succeeding at college can be difficult.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, he’s experienced that struggle firsthand.
Now as Jacksonville State University’s first director of its Center of Excellence for Veteran Student Success, Parker wants to ensure student veterans get as much help as they might need.
