Faculty Group Censures Incoming University of Iowa President

Faculty leaders in the University of Iowa’s largest college have voted to censure the incoming school president over inaccuracies on his resume.

DANIEL AMADO TRUJILLO has been appointed dean of studies and student life at Sarah Lawrence College. Trujillo was associate vice president and dean of students at St. John’s University in New York. Trujillo received a bachelor’s from the University of Redlands, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Missouri.

ALBERT LEWIS JR. has been appointed vice president of economic and workforce development at Bellevue College. Lewis was dean of corporate, community and continuing education at Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s from Marshall University and a master’s from the University of Akron.
