Wellesley College Names Paula Johnson as President
Wellesley College announced today it had selected Dr. Paula A. Johnson as its 14th president, making her the first African-American woman to lead the school that was founded in 1870.

ANNE EHRLICH has been appointed vice president for student development at Knox College. She is dean of students at Woodbury University in California. Ehrlich received a bachelor’s from the University of California, San Diego, a master’s from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
