TABATHA “TAMMY” TERRELL-BROOKS has been named director of alumni and constituency relations at Jackson State University. She was special assistant to the vice president for institutional advancement at Jackson State. Terrell-Brooks earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Jackson State.
