She was chief officer for the Office of College and Career Success for the Chicago Public Schools. Dhupelia earned bachelor’s degrees from Northwestern University and a master’s from Harvard University.

KATRICE W. JONES MORGAN has been appointed an additional post of director of diversity and inclusion for The University of Tennessee College of Law. Morgan is assistant dean for student affairs in the College of Law. She holds a bachelor’s from the University of Tennessee and a juris doctor from Loyola University New Orleans.

DANIEL AMADO TRUJILLO has been appointed dean of studies and student life at Sarah Lawrence College. Trujillo was associate vice president and dean of students at St. John’s University in New York. Trujillo received a bachelor’s from the University of Redlands, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Missouri.

ALBERT LEWIS JR. has been appointed vice president of economic and workforce development at Bellevue College. Lewis was dean of corporate, community and continuing education at Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s from Marshall University and a master’s from the University of Akron.

JORIM E. REID has been named director of bands at Fayetteville State University. He was band director at North Carolina Central University. Reid earned a bachelor’s from Florida A&M University and a master’s from Florida State University.

ELIZABETH G. LOBOA has been appointed dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri, effective October 15. She is a professor of material science and engineering and a director of the Cell Mechanics Laboratory at North Carolina State University. Loboa also is associate chair and a professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering in the joint program operated by North Carolina State and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned a bachelor’s from the University of California, Davis, and a master’s and a doctorate from Stanford University.

MITZI MONTOYA has been appointed dean of the College of Business at Oregon State University. She was vice president and dean of entrepreneurship and innovation at Arizona State University. Montoya earned a bachelor’s and a doctorate from Michigan State University.

RODNEY O. PARKS has been named senior director of major and planned gifts for the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. He was the director of development of Philander Smith College. Parks earned a bachelor’s from Arkansas Tech University.
