EDGAR MARTINEZ has been named director of the Saint Leo University Orlando Education Center. He was assistant director of distance learning and continuing education at the University of West Florida. Martinez earned an associate from Lorain County Community College, a bachelor’s from Kent State University and a master’s from Bowling Green State University.

She was vice president of institutional advancement and university relations at South Carolina State University.
