Professional Appointments

Dr. Alicia J. Jackson was appointed dean of the College of Business and Information Science at Tuskegee University in Alabama. She had been serving as interim dean. Jackson received a bachelor’s from Knox College, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tanisha Jenkins has been named director of multicultural affairs at Western Carolina University.  Previously, she was a graduate assistant in the Gantt Intercultural Center at Clemson University. Jenkins earned a bachelor’s from Presbyterian College in South Carolina and a master’s from Clemson.
