Contract negotiations between Mt. San Antonio College faculty and administrators have remained at a standstill for more than a year, the divisive issue a proposed change to the health insurance plan.
The change would move Mt. SAC Faculty Association members from the State Public Employee Retirement System health insurance to coverage from the Self-Insured Schools of California, a program that allows for more flexibility, said faculty association president Eric Kaljumagi.
